- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotics technology.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of robotics principles and concepts.
- - Proficiency in Robotics - ROS (Robotic Operating System) and ROS2.
- - Hands on experience with AMRs and Manipulators - - Experience with Robotic simulation tools (eg: Gazebo, Omniverse) - - Proficient in programming languages - Python (Programming Language) and C++ - - Familiarity with robotic perception, navigation, motion planning, and control algorithms.
- - Experience in robotics application development and architecture design - - Good to have - Knowledge on Digital Twin concepts - - Knowledge on computer vision and DL networks (2D & 3D) - - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- - Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- - Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Robotics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A minimum of 12 years of Full-time education (BE/BTech/MTech) is required.
