About Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships

Responsbility:
Generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
Handle lead generation, client communication, and regular follow-ups.
Prepare and submit proposals according to client requirements.
Manage bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms for prospecting.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
Negotiate with clients and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups,



and conversions.
Work towards achieving assigned business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client handling and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development.
Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is preferred.
Positive proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Candidate profile
6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales role.
Experience in IT/software services sales will be an advantage.
Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
