Your Role

Lead and manage large-scale SAP S/4HANA AMS (Application Management Services) engagements, ensuring service excellence and operational stability.
Drive delivery governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership across SAP support and enhancement services.
Support business growth through pre-sales, value proposition development, and add-on sales opportunities.
Oversee cross-functional teams (100+ FTEs), resource planning, service delivery metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to ITIL, Agile/Scrum practices,



and maintain robust client relationships while delivering business outcomes.

Your Profile

Total experience Required:14-16 years only.
SAP S/4HANA AMS Delivery: AMS Leadership, Service Delivery Management, Hypercare, Support Operations.
Business Process Knowledge: OTC (Order to Cash), STP (Source to Pay), RTR (Record to Report), Finance & Procurement.
SAP Ecosystem: Ariba, Concur, OpenText VIM, MDG, Solution Manager (SolMan).
Service Management & Governance: ITIL, SLA/KPI Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Engagement, Continuous Improvement.
Leadership & Project Management: Large Team Management (100+ FTE), Agile/Scrum, JIRA, MS Project, Pre-sales, Delivery Governance.
