The Role
This role requires working from the office during assigned day and night shifts, as per business requirements.
Support a 24x7 operational model, including rotating shifts(including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Japanese clients, stakeholders, and team members through email, calls, and meetings.
Translate and interpret Japanese ↔ English/other business communications as required.
Understand and prepare Japanese business documents, reports, and presentations.
Support Japanese projects and coordinate with Japan-based teams.




Handle business conversations and provide accurate communication support.
Maintain professional Japanese language standards and cultural awareness.

Your role
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will focus on maintaining and strengthening day‑to‑day relationships with assigned customers by ensuring consistent, reliable, and responsive engagement across the service lifecycle. Your role will support customer satisfaction by coordinating requests, tracking commitments, and helping customers navigate processes and teams within Kyndryl. Success in this role is demonstrated through accurate follow‑through, explicit documentation, and positive customer feedback.
