Location: Delhi / Hyderabad / Bangalore
Experience: 10 years to 17 years

Must-Have:
EUC Platforms: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Autopatch
VDI & Cloud: AVD, Citrix, Windows 365, Hybrid EUC
Security: Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, Conditional Access
Automation: PowerShell, Azure DevOps
Identity: Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, PIM
Tools: ServiceNow, SysTrack, Ivanti
Lead the design and transformation of enterprise-scale End User Computing (EUC) environments
Drive modern workplace strategy leveraging cloud, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing digital workplace services aligned to business objectives

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement EUC architecture roadmap (cloud-first, hybrid, VDI, mobility)
Design and deploy solutions across:
Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM




Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, Windows 365
Lead large-scale transformation programs (legacy → contemporary workplace)
Own endpoint lifecycle management, device provisioning, and OS upgrades (Windows 10/11)
Implement endpoint security & Zero Trust controls (Defender, Conditional Access)
Drive automation and AI adoption (PowerShell, Copilot, DevOps)
Act as technical SME & escalation point for P1/P2 incidents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, Infra, Service Desk)
Lead change & release management including CAB governance
Evaluate and introduce new EUC technologies and solutions
