Role Objective
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for improving the visibility and positioning of Kamal Watch across different markets and customer touchpoints. The role requires end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, digital communication, store promotions, events, brand coordination and agency management.
The candidate must combine creative thinking with strong execution and ensure that marketing activities contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, store footfall and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Planning and Campaigns




Prepare and execute the annual and monthly marketing calendar.
Develop city-wise, store-wise and brand-wise marketing plans.
Align campaigns with sales targets, festivals, product launches, current store openings and brand priorities.
Execute campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, events and in-store channels.
Prepare campaign briefs covering objectives, target audience, communication, timelines and budgets.
Ensure all campaigns are executed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Review campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Digital and Social Media Marketing
Manage Kamal Watch’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, Google and other relevant digital platforms.
Prepare and supervise the monthly social media content calendar.
Develop content formats such as reels, watch education, product features, store highlights, team stories and event coverage.
Coordinate photography, videog
