We are looking for a motivated and execution-focused Intern Lead Generation Specialist to support our Alpha team in generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and email outreach. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a background in marketing who enjoys research, prospecting, and working toward measurable targets.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and email
Research prospects based on the defined ICP and target audience
Execute lead generation strategies provided by the marketing team
Enter and maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM
Ensure important lead fields are complete and up to date




Track outreach activities and follow up with prospects as required
Report lead generation progress and challenges to the team

Fresh graduate with a background in marketing
Strong understanding of basic marketing concepts
Understands ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and targeted audiences
Good research and attention-to-detail skills
Comfortable performing repetitive but significant prospecting tasks
Strong written communication skills
Takes ownership of assigned targets
Willing to learn and execute strategies consistently
Experience with lead generation using Claude, Clay, Apollo, or LinkedIn will be an advantage
