Role Overview
The Manager – FP&A; will be responsible for driving financial planning, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, unit economics, working capital management, and strategic financial modelling across the group.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS, Reporting & Board Pack
Own monthly Investor MIS and Board/Audit Committee finance packs.
Build and maintain entity-level and consolidated dashboards covering Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Cash, Working Capital, EC-level P&L;, Factory Cost of Production, and SKU economics.
Conduct monthly business reviews with the CEO, including Actual vs Budget vs Last Year analysis and key business drivers.
2. Budgeting & Rolling Forecasts
Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process end-to-end.
Maintain a 12-month rolling forecast and update it quarterly or based on material business changes.




Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis around order intake, AOV, gross margin, fixed costs, and expansion plans.
3. Unit Economics & Business Partnering
Track and challenge unit economics across the group.
Analyse project margins, factory cost sheets, absorption, SKU-level gross margins, and project economics.
Partner with Sales and Design teams on funnel-to-booking-to-revenue conversion, AOV, and design loss/shrinkage.
Partner with Marketing on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and marketing-spend efficiency.
Work with Factory teams on standard cost vs actual, yield, scrap, and capacity utilisation.
4. Capex, Expansion & Strategic Projects
Build financial models for new Experience Centre (EC) expansion, including capex, ramp-up, payback, and IRR.
Evaluate recent factory and other capex proposals through detailed financial modelling.
Support fundraising and lender discussions, including financial models, KPI analysis, data rooms, and sensitivity decks.
