Motion Graphic / Video Editor

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic / Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate can handle end-to-end video editing along with graphic design work for social media and print media, with advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop, and medium-level proficiency in CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator. Advanced, hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for content generation, editing, and workflow acceleration is highly valued.

Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional content using Adobe After Effects and other relevant tools (Premiere Pro, etc.)
Design engaging social media posts, banners, and creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create print media designs such as brochures, flyers, posters, hoardings, and packaging
Add motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, text animations, and sound sync to videos
Retouch, manipulate, and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop




Create vector-based graphics and illustrations using CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator
Collaborate with the marketing/content team to translate briefs into visual content
Maintain brand consistency across all video and design deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Leverage AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up ideation, generate assets, upscale footage, and streamline the editing/design workflow
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in video editing and graphic design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
Medium-level proficiency in CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator
Advanced, practical experience using AI creative tools
Robust portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing and design work
Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout
