Role Description
The Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for delivering a high-end customer experience that reflects Kimirica’s luxury and self-care ethos. The role involves greeting and advising customers, assessing individual needs, and recommending suitable skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products.



The consultant will demonstrate product usage, maintain in-depth knowledge of formulations and ingredients, and communicate the brand’s vegan, cruelty-free values. Daily tasks include achieving retail sales targets, managing product displays and merchandising standards, handling customer queries and feedback, and supporting in-store events and promotions. The Senior Beauty Consultant will also mentor junior team members, ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications
Professional expertise in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate routines.
Strong product knowledge across skincare, bath & body, fragrance, and wellness categories, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a luxu
