The HootLab media is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team

Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon
Type: Full-Time | In office
Salary: ₹20,000 to 30,000 + Incentives
Experience: 1+ year in Business Development / Sales

If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, finding current opportunities, and closing deals, this role could be for you.

What you’ll do:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads
• Pitch Hootlab Media’s services
• Understand client requirements and build relationships
• Handle follow-ups, negotiations & conversions
• Contribute towards business growth and revenue

What we’re looking for:




• 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong communication & client-handling skills
• Experience in lead generation and B2B sales
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn & email outreach
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and target-oriented approach
• Experience in a marketing / advertising / influencer marketing agency is a plus
