Key Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of EV, automotive, and technical events.
Reach out to potential sponsors and industry partners for event sponsorships.
Connect with colleges, universities, faculty, and student teams.
Generate leads and maintain the lead database.
Conduct calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with colleges, teams, sponsors, and event partners.




Support on-ground event execution and coordination.
Prepare basic reports and track outreach and conversions.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; Engineering/Management preferred.
Previous experience/active participation in Formula Student, SAE BAJA, SAE SUPRA, EV competitions, bike/automotive events, or technical fests is required.
Robust communication and networking skills.
Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
Comfortable with business development, sponsorship outreach, and lead generation.
Willing to travel for events and college visits.
