Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, optimizing store sales, and leading a team of employees. This role involves managing inventory, handling finances,



ensuring store compliance with company policies, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Profitability:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Analyze sales figures, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to drive sales growth. Implement promotional campaigns and in-store events to boost sales.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered by all team members. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and in a timely manner. Foster a customer-focused culture within the store.
Team Leadership and Management:
