Project Manager – Civil Construction
Experience: 7-10 Years
Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from site mobilization to final handover.
Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and costs.
Supervise civil works including RCC, foundation, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Monitor site progress, resolve execution issues, and manage contractors/subcontractors.
Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Candidate Profile
Civil Engineering degree/diploma preferred.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
7-10 years of relevant civil construction experience.
Mandatory: Experience handling bungalow, villa, farmhouse, or luxury residential projects.
Strong knowledge of civil execution, drawings, BOQs, project planning, and contractor management.
Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
