Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential investors and end-users, presenting real estate investment opportunities, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.



Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, explaining project details and financial benefits, negotiating terms, and preparing proposals and documentation in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with consultants and market specialists to leverage data-driven insights, maintain accurate sales records, and achieve individual and team sales targets. The Sales Executive will also provide ongoing post-sales support, nurture long-term client relationships, and represent the company professionally at events and client interactions.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills in real estate or financial services, including lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, with skill in negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.
