Role Description The In-House Medical Writer will work full time on-site at the Ahmedabad office, collaborating closely with clinical, regulatory, and project teams.

Responsibilities include planning, writing, and editing scientific and medical documents such as study protocols, informed consent forms, clinical study reports, manuscripts, regulatory submissions, and scientific summaries. The role involves interpreting clinical data, performing literature reviews, and ensuring that all content is accurate, evidence-based,



and aligned with applicable guidelines and internal quality standards.

The Medical

Writer will also support the preparation of materials for medical communications, presentations, and marketing claims, ensuring clarity, compliance, and ethical representation of study outcomes. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing documentation timelines, maintaining version control, and contributing to continuous improvement of writing and documentation processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Writing and Scientific Writing skills, with the ability to develop clear, structured, and evidence-based documents.
- Candidates should possess skills in Medical Communications and Writing for diverse audiences, including clinicians, regulatory bodies, and non-specialist stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including literature review, data interpretation, and referencing of scientific sources.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related field (Master’s or higher preferred) and familiarity with clinical research and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP) are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication in English, proficiency with standard office and reference management software, and the ability to work collaboratively in office in Ahmedabad are expected.
