About The Role

Once a deployment is live, somebody has to keep it that way. In Implementation and Post-Sales Support Operations you will run the operational layer behind every account: setup and configuration, day-to-day support across schools and centres, escalation into engineering, and the documentation that stops the same question arriving twice.

Key responsibilities

- Run setup and configuration for new schools, centres and programmes.
- Handle day-to-day support across live accounts.
- Triage and escalate into engineering with reproducible detail.
- Maintain SOPs and the internal knowledge base.
- Track recurring issues and push for the fix rather than the workaround.
- Support field teams through deployment and screening weeks.

What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in technical support, implementation or operations.
- Patience with users who are not technical and should not have to be.




- Transparent written communication — tickets, SOPs and handovers.
- Enough curiosity to find the cause instead of forwarding the symptom.
