About The Role A CSR programme is judged on its report. Reporting to the Programme Manager — CSR, you will own measurement across our block programmes: the indicator framework, the data collection behind it, the analysis, and the funder report that has to be true in every line.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the indicator framework for block programmes.
- Own data collection quality, from the field upward.
- Analyse coverage, outcomes and gaps against what was funded.
- Draft funder reports and the evidence pack behind them.
- Support proposals with measurement design, before delivery begins.
- Say plainly when the data does not support the claim.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement or programme research.
- Working comfort with survey design, sampling and basic statistics.
- Writing that funders and district officials both find usable.
- Willingness to be based in Kendujhar, close to the programme being measured.
