Role Description

- Provide L2 operational support for IAM and PAM environments.
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot privileged access management platforms and access management services.
- Manage privileged access to enterprise servers, applications, and infrastructure systems.
- Perform privileged account lifecycle management, including onboarding, modification, and deprovisioning.
- Support Secure Remote Access solutions and troubleshoot user access and connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain access controls based on RBAC requirements and approved access models.
- Investigate and resolve authentication, authorization, and privileged access-related incidents.
- Monitor access activities and support governance, compliance, and access review processes.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Network, Cloud, and Application teams to resolve access-related issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change activities in accordance with ITSM processes.
- Participate in critical incident troubleshooting and resolution activities.




- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Support audit activities and ensure adherence to security and access control policies.
- Coordinate with advanced support teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automate access management processes.
