Primary Skills:

1. Strong working experience in:

- Hardware architecture and system design for complex products involving analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits.
- Multi‑layer PCB layout, signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations.
- Industrial EMI/EMC design and compliance.
- Leading and mentoring hardware teams.

1. Able to define and review hardware architecture, including selection of critical components.
2. Strong working experience in DFMEA, MTBF analysis, derating, and thermal analysis.
3. Strong expertise in designing and developing embedded systems based on microcontrollers/microprocessors and associated subsystems such as switching/linear power supplies, electromechanical drives, sensors, I/O interfaces, and communication modules.
4. Solid hands‑on experience in functional verification and debugging communication interfaces such as RS‑232/422/485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, DDR, and Flash memories.
5. Strong working knowledge of industrial PLCs, SCADA/HMI systems, and communication protocols such as MODBUS, HART, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and 4–20 mA.
6. Ability to manage end‑of‑life (EOL) and obsolescence risks by identifying alternates, redesign options, and long‑term continuity strategies.
7. Experience in gathering requirements for the product and preparation of design documentation.
8. Hardware design reviews and presentations with clients; strong communication, documentation, and review‑feedback skills
9. Working experience with schematic design tools (Cadence OrCAD Capture), PCB layout tools (Allegro), and circuit simulation tools (PSpice/LTSpice).
10. Ability to collaborate with manufacturing teams for DFM, DFA, and DFT.
11. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (firmware,



software, mechanical).
12. Expertise with PDM systems for Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and revision control of BOMs, schematics, layouts, and other engineering documents.

Secondary Skills:

2. Ability to define goals, performance metrics, and development plans for hardware team members.

5. Knowledge of RF and wireless technology design, including BLE, LoRa, and Wi‑Fi.
6. Experience evaluating RFP/RFQ requirements and preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals.
7. Hands‑on experience with PLM systems such as Arena, Agile, and Windchill.
8. Expertise with PDM systems for Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and revision control of BOMs, schematics, layouts, and other engineering documents.

HW Engineer JD: 6Years to 10 Years

Primary Skills

1. Strong working experience in the design and development of analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits.
2. Strong experience in developing embedded systems based on microcontroller/microprocessor designs and associated components such as switched/linear regulators, peripheral interfaces, sensors, and electromechanical drives.

Expertise in PCB layout guidelines, design reviews, and SI/PI simulations.
4. Strong hands‑on and debugging experience with communication interfaces such as RS‑232/422/485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, DDR, and Flash memories.
5. Experience in hardware test plan preparation, board bring‑up, functional verification, DX design and debugging.
6. Working experience with schematic design tools (Cadence OrCAD Capture), PCB layout tools (Allegro), and circuit simulation tools (PSpice/LTSpice).
7. Experience in product sustenance activities including EOL and obsolescence management.
8. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as mechanical, firmware, and software teams.
9. Working experience with DFMEA, derating analysis, and reliability analysis.
10. Strong experience in EMI/EMC compliance activities.
11. Strong hands‑on experience with hardware test equipment such as oscilloscopes (CRO), multimeters, and logic analyzers.

Secondary Skills:
1. Familiarity with PLM systems, Agile methodologies, and structured product development processes.
2. Experience with PLM platforms such as Arena, Agile, and Windchill.
3. Root‑cause analysis and mitigation skills.
4. Supporting sourcing/SCM teams with component risk evaluation (EOL, availability, cost).
5. Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows, including management of ECO updates, revision control, and documentation consistency.
6. Familiarity with EMI/EMC, safety, environmental, and product certification processes.
