Job Title: Hybrid Cloud Delivery Solution Architect – IaC, DevSecOps & Observability

? Experience: 7–10 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deliver hybrid cloud solutions across private/public cloud environments.

- Implement IaC using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Golang, or CloudFormation.

- Lead DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines, embedding automated security testing.

- Design and manage observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpsRamp).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectures and guide delivery teams.

- Drive container orchestration using Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Rancher.

- Create technical documentation and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.

- Engage with senior-level stakeholders (including C-level) and lead customer interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 10+ years in solution architecture with hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

- Robust hands-on experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.

- Proficient in DevSecOps: CI/CD, security automation, compliance integration.

- Skilled in observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpsRamp.

- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and production-grade containerization.

- Solid understanding of cloud security, identity, networking, and compliance (e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Preferred:

- Experience in multi-cloud architecture and edge-to-cloud integration.

- Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.

- Exposure to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
