Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal, supporting Goldmark Group of Hotels and its wilderness properties. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. The specialist will implement and maintain HR policies, administer employee benefits, and support performance management and training initiatives.
Responsibilities include handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and partnering with hotel management to support a positive,
inclusive workplace culture aligned with Goldmark’s hospitality values.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries preferred.
- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and organizational standards.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management activities, including records, attendance, and performance documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and basic office software (e.g., HRIS, MS Office or equivalent) for managing HR data and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practices and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
