Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring effective HR operations. Daily activities include administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. The role involves managing employee perks, assisting with performance management, and supporting personnel management activities such as attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
The Human Resources
Specialist will collaborate with managers to address employee concerns, promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting HR initiatives and training programs, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee communication.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including employee records, attendance, leave management, and disciplinary processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances relevant to on-site operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office; experience in the renewable energy or engineering sector is a plus.
