Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Holiday Aces will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. This full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role includes coordinating training and development programs, administering compensation and perks, and supporting workforce planning.

conducting HR audits, and resolving HR-related queries.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace ethics and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems, employee data handling, and basic MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple HR initiatives, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service industry.
