Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role based in Coimbatore.

The Human Resources

Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various positions across retail stores and corporate functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing job descriptions, and ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.



The recruiter will maintain and update recruitment trackers, support onboarding activities, and help build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, campus outreach, and referrals.

The position also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and providing periodic hiring reports and insights to HR leadership.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
- Experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining professional communication with candidates.
- Competence in using HR and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, job portals, MS Office) and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and structured recruitment processes, especially within retail or similar fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as a recruiter or HR executive in retail is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, adapt to evolving business needs, and demonstrate integrity, discretion, and a customer-centric mindset.
