Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the Jaipur site. This full-time, on-site role will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support workforce planning in coordination with department leaders. The HR Manager will handle payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, and benefits administration, while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
The role will also involve designing and implementing training and development programs, supporting succession planning, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting. In addition, the HR Manager will act as a trusted partner to leadership, advising on organizational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace ethics and diversity.
- Skills in payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ability to design and deliver training, support talent development, and contribute to succession planning and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
