We’re looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and startup culture.

What You’ll Do

- Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Create and improve job descriptions
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Assist with employee engagement and internal communication
- Maintain HR records and recruitment trackers
- Work closely with founders and team leads on people-related initiatives
- Help build HR processes and a solid startup culture

Who We’re Looking For
- Students or recent graduates interested in HR / Recruitment / People Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Proactive, organized,



and willing to take ownership
- Fast learner with a startup mindset
