Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations. This role is not for freshers. Candidates with 1–2+ years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the overall HR function are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection & onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave & HR records.
- Manage employee queries, engagement & employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support HR policies & compliance.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities,



including confirmation, performance support & exits.
- Support training, engagement initiatives and workplace culture.

- What We’re Looking For

- 1–2+ years of hands-on HR/HR Generalist experience
- Strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities
- Excellent communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
- Strong ownership, professionalism and attention to detail

- ? Location: Mani Casadona, Rajarhat, Kolkata ? Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

? Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday (6 days)

? Compensation: Industry Standard
