Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to join our team in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, for a full-time, 6-month internship. This role offers direct, end-to-end exposure to the employee lifecycle, core talent acquisition operations, HR administration, and workplace engagement in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Sourcing: Source profiles across job boards and portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala), screen resumes against role specifications, and schedule in-person and virtual interviews.
- Coordination & Pipeline Tracking: Manage candidate communication, follow up on interview feedback with hiring managers, and keep internal hiring trackers updated daily.
- Onboarding & Induction: Assist in coordinating day-one formalities, gathering joining documents, preparing welcome kits, and facilitating orientation schedules for new hires.
- HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain digital and physical employee files, track attendance and leave records,



and ensure statutory document collection remains compliant.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of office engagement activities, festival celebrations, birthday/anniversary recognitions, and internal surveys.
- General HR Support: Assist leadership with ad-hoc HR projects, policy documentation drafts, and cross-functional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA, MBA, MSW, or relevant discipline) completed or currently in the final semester with full-time availability.
- Must be able to commute daily to the office in Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- High ethical standards with strict adherence to confidentiality regarding employee and candidate data.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
