This is a full time on-site role for a human resources intern at Greenland Investment Management in Mumbai. The hired intern will provide support to the HR team and assist in day-to-day tasks such as HR management, recruitment, personnel management etc.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize and coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
