- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positio ns• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and social med ia• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring manage rs• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring proce ss• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate recor ds• Assist with employee onboarding and documentati on• Handle basic HR operations and employee coordinati on• Work closely with management to fulfill hiring requiremen ts

Requirement s:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skil ls• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR process es• Experience in recruitment or HR is preferr ed• Robust organizational and coordination skil ls• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneous ly• Professional attitude and attention to deta il• Committed towards work, deadlines, and team goa ls
