Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bardez, Goa. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes.

The Human Resources

Executive will implement and monitor HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also includes coordinating payroll and benefits administration, organizing training and development initiatives,



and collaborating with management to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), with the ability to support end-to-end HR processes.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the capability to develop, implement, and update HR guidelines.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and real estate industry work environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with HR software and basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
