Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chandigarh.
The Human Resources
Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and exit processes, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The role involves nurturing positive employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The individual will assist in drafting, implementing,
and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
The Human Resources
Executive will collaborate with managers on workforce planning, recruitment support, and training coordination to help build a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, onboarding, HRIS usage, and basic payroll or benefits support.
- Demonstrated capability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to the real estate or construction sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in office in Chandigarh and engaging directly with employees and leadership.
