Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and maintenance of HR records and documentation. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, supporting compliance with labor regulations, and ensuring alignment with organizational values and culture.
The Human Resources
Executive will manage employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution,
and supporting engagement and retention initiatives. Additional responsibilities include coordinating performance management processes, assisting with recruitment activities, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and HR reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with organizational HR frameworks and workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as handling onboarding, documentation, HR data management, and day-to-day HR administration.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including the ability to manage employee queries, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive work setting.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including drafting, implementing, and updating policies in line with current labor laws and best practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s/ master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with familiarity with Indian labor regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proficiency in HR software or HRIS tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
