Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chennai, focused on supporting BIM-related teams and operations with GCC exposure. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation for technical and project staff.

Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies,



handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and supporting performance management processes.

The Human Resources

Executive will coordinate training and development initiatives, ensure compliance with local labor regulations and GCC-related requirements, and support payroll inputs and HR analytics. The role also includes collaborating with project and leadership teams to align HR practices with organizational objectives and BIM project needs.

Qualifications

- Education: MBA (HR) preferred / Any UG Degree.
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR Recruitment or Generalist HR.
- Industry Preference: Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) or GCC (Global Capability Center) recruitment is preferred.
- Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
- Work Location: Ramapuram, Chennai (Work from Office)
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
