Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Assistant role based in Bidar.
The Human Resources
Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and coordinating documentation for new hires and existing employees. The role involves handling routine employee queries, supporting perks-related processes, and preparing HR reports and documentation.

Assistant will work with HR systems to update data, track attendance and leave, and assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities. This position requires close collaboration with HR management and other departments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant HR support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for supporting day-to-day HR operations and processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, records, and HR-related reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with enrollment, documentation, and employee queries regarding benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate onboarding, training schedules, and basic employee development activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and basic data entry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow HR policies, and work collaboratively in an on-site healthcare workplace.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience or internship in an HR or administrative role in healthcare or related sectors is an advantage.
