As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build high-performing teams across technology, product, sales, operations, and education functions.

Role Overview The Hiring Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle,

identifying top talent, and supporting workforce growth aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles,

preferably within SaaS, technology, or EdTech environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets while ensuring quality talent acquisition within defined timelines

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals,

and direct outreach.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes.





Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.

Preparerecruitment reports, hiring metrics, and market intelligence updates.

Support employer brandinginitiatives and talent engagement programs.

Stay updated on industry trends, hiring best practices, and talent market dynamics within EdTech and SaaS sectors.

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Experiencehiring for technology, SaaS, EdTech, sales, or operations roles is preferred.

Robust understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, andstakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience recruiting for software development, product management, customer success, and digital marketing roles.

Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring decisions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
