Role Description The Human Resource Intern (Freshers) will support day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help in onboarding processes, updating employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting HR policies and procedures. Additional tasks may involve coordinating training sessions, assisting in employee engagement initiatives,
and providing general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR operations.

- Comfort with MS Office tools and basic HR-related software or platforms; willingness to learn new digital tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
