Role Description This full-time Human Resource internship role is an on-site position based in Surat. The intern will support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews, and helping coordinate onboarding processes. Daily responsibilities may involve supporting the implementation of HR policies, assisting with employee engagement initiatives,



and providing administrative support related to attendance, leave, and performance documentation.

The intern will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth personnel management and a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and basic labor regulations.
- Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
