- Recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Candidate management and interview coordination
- Conducting first-round interviews
- Document verification
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Employee grievance handling
- Planning and execution of employee engagement activities
Requirements
QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET
- 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition.
- Responsible for overseeing talent acquisition.
- Familiar with social media, C.V. Databases, and skilled networks
- Full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management.
