Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles. Conducting initial telephonic interviews.

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and clients. Regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. Managing job postings and candidate databases. Working towards monthly recruitment targets and closures.

Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes. Ability to work on multiple job openings. Basic knowledge of MS Office . Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
