Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Kochi. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions. The role includes maintaining job postings, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The HR Recruiter will also handle onboarding activities, including documentation, induction coordination, and liaison with various departments to ensure smooth integration of new team members.



Additional responsibilities may include maintaining HR records, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to HR process improvements aligned with the institute’s values and service standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in talent sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating the full recruitment cycle.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate HR and recruitment records, manage candidate databases, and handle documentation with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, basic employment regulations, and standard recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, prioritize tasks, and meet timelines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings, is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and a service-oriented approach aligned with the institute’s values.
