Seeking an experienced Corporate Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Corporate Hiring Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Hiring Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts for various corporate functions. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives, including job postings, social media advertising, and employee referrals.
2. Source and Attract Top Talent: Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and qualified networks, to attract high-quality candidates.
3. Build Relationships with Hiring Managers*:



Collaborate with HRBPs to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on the recruitment process, and ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process.
4. Manage the Recruitment Process*: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
5. 6. Track and Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement
6. 7. Ensure Compliance with Recruitment Policies: Adhere to company recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
