Job Position: HR EXECUTIVE Quality Background (Manufacturing Sector)

? Location: Work From Home

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Working Hours: 12:00 Noon – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

? Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, and leave management.

Support payroll and other HR administrative activities.

Address employee queries and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

? Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Mandatory:



2–5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance / Quality Executive in the manufacturing industry.

No prior HR experience required.

Willingness to take on current challenges and learn new skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Ability to understand the workflow and work independently.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Candidates with a strong Quality background who are interested in transitioning into HR are encouraged to apply.
