Role & responsibilities:
Required Technical Skill Set: Storage (3PAR, Alletra)
· Administration of HP 3PAR ,Alletra and MSA storage devices.
· Administration of Brocade and Cisco SAN switches
· Perform Zoning for brocade and Cisco switches
· Perform activities related to Install, Configure and Managing SAN devices and Fiber switches
· Manage storage Allocations, De-Allocations, Share creation, Zoning and Hardware replacement Activities
· Review System Performance and Efficiency.
· Hands-on knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool, Incident ,Change and Problem Management Process
· Solid knowledge on Storeonce and Tape libraries.
· Basic understanding of NAS storage.
· Basic understanding of Hyper-V, VMware
