Role Overview
As a Hospital Success Executive, your main goal is to drive daily bookings for our Pay 0 healthcare service at partner hospitals. You will work on the ground inside hospitals to train front-desk staff, run live operations, and ensure receptionists independently pitch and book services for patients.
What You Will Do
- Train Front-Desk Staff: Teach hospital receptionists how to check patient eligibility and pitch Pay 0 services.
- Drive Daily Bookings: Work alongside receptionists in office to run live operations and hit daily booking targets.
- Handover & Stabilize:
Fix operational issues and train staff until the hospital can run the process independently.
- Cross-Sell Services: Train staff to recommend extra services like lab tests to patients.
- Monitor & Support: Track hospital performance after handover, stepping in to retrain staff whenever numbers drop.
