? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

? Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

At Femcare Fertility (Dume Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.), we are seeking a dynamic and energetic HR executive who is passionate about recruitment and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

? Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)

✔ Candidate screening & interview coordination

✔ High-volume hiring & database management

✔ Candidate communication & follow-ups

✔ Support onboarding & HR operations

✅ Requirements:

- 0.6 months – 1 year experience in HR/Recruitment
- Solid communication skills (English)
- Comfortable with calling & coordination
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, etc.)
- Based in Pune & available for in-person interview
