Role Description The Hostel Campus Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of hostel facilities and ensuring a safe, organized, and student-friendly environment. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating room allocation, monitoring maintenance and cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to campus policies and procedures.

Manager will address resident concerns, manage check-in and check-out processes, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support student well-being.



The position also involves implementing smart campus solutions provided by MAP Services India, maintaining accurate records, and preparing regular reports on occupancy, operations, and student feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with students, parents, staff, and campus stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Campus Management and Education-related skills to oversee hostel operations and align services with institutional standards.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide and develop hostel staff on processes, safety protocols, and service quality.
- Relevant experience in hostel, campus, hotel, or facility management is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve conflicts, and maintain a calm, professional approach under pressure.
- Working knowledge of basic digital tools or campus management systems is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management, education administration, or a related field is preferred.
