BD India is looking for a Deputy Manager - Medical Affairs to join our Medical Delivery Solutions (MDS) team.
⚠️ Key: This is NOT a traditional desk-based Medical Affairs role.
We are seeking a customer-facing clinical professional who can act as a scientific partner to healthcare professionals, influence clinical practice, support sales teams, and help drive the adoption of advanced healthcare technologies.
What You'll Do
✅ Build and develop strong KOL networks across hospitals
✅ Lead CMEs, educational programs, workshops, and clinical discussions
✅ Partner closely with sales teams to create opportunities and support customer conversions
✅ Conduct clinical training programs for customers, channel partners, and internal teams
✅ Support product evaluations, clinical audits, and implementation projects
✅ Engage with key hospital stakeholders, including clinicians, nursing leadership,
and hospital management
Ideal Background
✔ MBBS (MBA preferred)
✔ 3-5 years of experience in:
Medical Affairs
Clinical Affairs
Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL)
Clinical Education
Clinical Applications
Therapy Development
Scientific/Medical Advisory roles
✔ Experience in:
KOL development
Physician engagement
Clinical training & education

✔ Exposure to Medical Devices, Diagnostics, MedTech, Healthcare, or Pharma
Travel Requirement (Critical)
✈️ This is a highly field-oriented role requiring 60-70% travel across North India.
We are looking for professionals who genuinely enjoy customer interactions, hospital engagements, clinical education, and extensive field travel. Candidates seeking predominantly office-based Medical Affairs positions may not find this role to be the right fit.
