Working closely with architects, product managers, quality engineers, and domain experts, you will help translate customer and business needs into reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The role requires robust software engineering fundamentals, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of power systems and grid operations. In addition to contributing hands-on to development, you will influence technical direction, promote engineering best practices, mentor team members, and support product modernization initiatives.
